I wanted to take this opportunity to send a note of appreciation with regard to your making our dream a reality! As you know, we took time in finally coming to a decision on where to build, and more importantly finding the "right builder". You have not disappointed us!
I greatly appreciate your spending quality time discussing details ranging from minutia to complex. You were able to break it down to where we could understand exactly what to expect. You were always available to respond to questions and concerns, and were very responsive to our needs.
In my world of business, we have blue, white and gold collar performers. I would rate HRB Builders as a "Gold Collar" contractor, with the level of expertise, skill and experience which was brought to the table. Not only hard skills, but also soft skills -- which is also important. It can make for a very stressful time frame for a home buyer, but you were always able to calm the waters. We always walked away feeling satisfied based on your assistance and support. To be able to pull together our "verbal" requirements and shape it into the home we are living in today, is in a word, AWESOME! This is just the house structure itself, which we were very particular. We were going down one road with a particular plan, but were even more pleased when HRB Builders brought a different plan that more than exceeded our expectations and at the right price!
Talk about your package deals...I was also quite thrilled with the experience of the design recommendations (i.e., siding, paint, flooring, lighting, hardware, color schemes) for both the exterior and interior. Truly, it resulted in a seamless stage of beauty, that transcends from outside to inside. We feel absolutely at peace and restful, when we come through our doors.
I would highly recommend HRB Builders as a honest and reliable builder. We were so pleased with our home I wanted to show it off! I can't wait to start having family events at our new home!
